Bling Your Cake — Bridal Shower Mints

4 ounces Cream Cheese 1 box (1lb.) Powdered Sugar (reserve 1 cup for kneading) 1/4 teaspoon Mint Candy Flavor (or flavor of your choice) 1 cup Granulated White Sugar A few drops of Food Coloring in desired shade Flexible Candy Molds  Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese to form a dough.  Add mint flavor and food coloring.  Knead dough with reserved powdered sugar until dough is no longer sticky.  To prepare the mold, press a small amount of the dough mixture into each mold and remove it.  This will coat the molds with oil from the cream cheese.  Pinch off a...
