Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers

By placing an order with our store, you agree to our Shop Policies. Please review them prior to placing an order.

We stock all the items we offer allowing us to ship quickly. We will process and ship your order rapidly.

We ship Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) out of Alabama and most orders will arrive to their US destination in 7-10 business days; however, shipments can and sometimes do take longer. This time frame is an estimate and NOT a guarantee of delivery date. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any post office delays. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is shipped quickly, but please allow yourself time to receive the item for your party. We do NOT offer refunds for postal delays. Please note that if you choose standard shipping (1st class mail) and your event date is less than 3 weeks away, we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered in time. If you do choose standard shipping (1st class mail), we are not responsible for any post office delays, and you are agreeing to allow your package to take as long as 3 weeks to arrive

While most orders arrive in 7-10 business days, as we stated above, orders can and sometimes do take longer. Please note that this time frame is NOT guaranteed and returns are not accepted for postal delays. We will do everything in our power to get your order out right away and to you, but please understand we cannot offer a guarantee on transit time for this method. If your need by date falls within this range and is a must, we do offer expedited shipping for an additional expense. Please review the following when choosing which shipping option will meet your needs. Please note that business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.


PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING UPGRADE: 4-6 Business Days.  This is NOT a guaranteed service. Priority Mail is a service provided by the US Post Office. Please be aware that while most orders arrive in that time frame, we have seen the occasional delay.  Refunds are not offered for shipping delays.  If you need a guaranteed service, please choose one of our other shipping options.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING UPGRADE: This is a guaranteed delivery of 4 business days AFTER the order ships. All shipments are prepared the night before as our carriers come early. Orders placed before 9:00 pm CST will ship the next day and be delivered 4 days later. Orders received after will ship the following business day. Please remember that the day an order ships does NOT count as a transit day.

For orders placed by 9:00 pm CST, you can expect the following delivery schedule:
Saturday/Sunday - Friday delivery
Monday - Monday delivery
Tuesday - Tuesday delivery
Wednesday - Wednesday delivery
Thursday - Thursday delivery
Friday - Friday delivery

EXPRESS SHIPPING UPGRADE: This is a guaranteed delivery of 2 business days AFTER the order ships. Orders placed before 9:00 pm CST will ship the same day and be delivered 2 days later. Orders received after will ship the following business day. Please remember that the day an order ships does NOT count as a transit day.

For orders placed by 9:00 pm CST, you can expect the following delivery schedule:
Saturday/Sunday - Wednesday delivery
Monday - Thursday delivery
Tuesday - Friday delivery
Wednesday - Monday delivery
Thursday - Tuesday delivery
Friday - Wednesday delivery


We utilize USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS for all deliveries; however, we reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier in order to offer the most efficient delivery of your order.  If you are unable to receive deliveries via USPS to your physical address, please enter a PO Box, as well.  We are not responsible for packages that are returned for this reason.  If your package is returned because it cannot be delivered due to "No Receptacle Available," you will be responsible for paying a second shipping charge to have it re-shipped.

Please enter your shipping address carefully and ensure that you can receive shipments to the address you provide. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or invalid shipping information. If your order is returned to us and must be reshipped, you will be asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges. If your order is returned to us and will not be reshipped, you will be credited for your merchandise only minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will require a signature confirmation of delivery for orders over $200.00. For smaller orders, it is not our policy to require a signature; however, in some cases, the carrier may choose to require a signature before releasing a package. Please note that if you request a signature be required for your package, a signature fee of $2.95 will be assessed.

Please note: Ownership of products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

From time to time, we will offer discounted or free shipping promotions. These promotions apply to orders shipped within the United States only during the Promotional Period. Orders meeting the criteria of the promotions will automatically receive the promotional shipping rate. Please note that if you need to return a product or products orders with the promotional shippng and the the return causes your order to drop below the minimum order amount for the promotion, your refund credit will be issued minus the actual shipping charges incurred to send your order.

We are happy to ship orders to our International Friends. All international shipments are sent via USPS 1st Class International Mail.

PLEASE NOTE: International shipments vary GREATLY in transit time. We will ship your order quickly, but please allow a minimum of 3 business weeks for your order to arrive. This is just a base estimate and international orders can and sometimes do take longer. Items will typically leave the US in about a week, but once they enter the incoming country, they can stay in customs for any where from 2 days to 4 weeks. Please allow plenty of time to receive your order. We have absolutely NO control over the amount of time an item spends in transit or in customs. We do NOT offer refunds for postal/customs delays or losses. You are welcome to request a special listing to purchase insurance if you are concerned about loss of product once your order is shipped or upgrade your shipping to a faster service. We will be happy to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please keep in mind that any & all customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon purchasing an item from us, you are agreeing to pay these fees at time of delivery. If an item is sent back to us for refusal to pay said fees, a 30% restocking fee will be subtracted from the oroginal purchase price refund. Shipping is non-refundable.

Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. Customs and import duties are NOT included in our shipping charges. We have no way of estimating or anticipating fees that may be assessed by the receiving country. We will not mark your package as a gift.

Packages shipping to U.S. Embassy or Consulate addresses are considered international.

APO and FPO addresses are not considered international. They are handled by the U.S. Military, and the shipping chart for domestic orders should be used when shipping to such addresses. All orders shipping to these destinations will ship U.S. First Class Mail only. We do not offer expedited shipping methods to APO or FPO addresses.

Shipments to Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Saipan are not considered international, and they follow guidelines for domestic shipments. All orders shipping to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail only. We do not offer expedited shipping methods to U.S. territories.


PLEASE DO NOT place an order and then send a Cancellation Request. I am a busy mom and need to spend my time filling orders to benefit those who need the product and in turn my family with my store.. Order cancellations create a time waste and loss for me and as a result pulls me away from my family and customers who do need product.. Please be sure of your purchase PRIOR to placing your order. Thank you.

Refunds/Exchanges are offered for items damaged in transit. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item. No refunds are given for unauthorized returns.  We regret that we are unable to accept returns on edible items (opened or not) nor personalized items.  Edible Icing Sheets, Edible Sugars, etc. are not eligible for return.

I take great care to package the items I sell carefully, ship quickly and to list detailed information about them. It is always my hope that my customers will be thrilled with what they receive, but everyone's tastes are different. I do hope and ask that if a problem should arise, a customer would contact me prior to leaving feedback, so that I can assist them. Please keep in mind, I can't fix it, if I don't know.

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT offer refund for opened items (even if they are unused). We do NOT offer refunds for unauthorized returns or for items that experience postal delays. Most domestic shipments arrive within 7-10 business days AFTER they ship; however, this is only an estimate and NOT guarantee. The day an item ships does not count as a transit day. If you have a quick need by date, please contact us for assistance with an alternate shipping option. We are glad to offer an ETA for when your item will arrive, but if you choose to have it shipped via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail, these are NOT guaranteed services and NO refunds are given for delays. Please note that any refused packages, unauthorized returns, or opened items that are received in our warehouse will NOT receive a refund nor will we contact you about any such received packages as they clearly do not fall in our criteria to qualify for a refund as published in our store policies.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control nor are we given advance notice by the manufacturer of these changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We'll post any changes made to costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we find out about them. Thank you for being patient with us with this issue. Costumes are non-refundable after October 10.

Many of the items on our site are of a unique nature, such as: Edible Icing Wraps and Designs, Royal Frosting Flowers, and Sugar Decorations. Items of this nature can and do vary slightly in manufacturing. Just as fabrics can have a dye lot, these items can vary from batch to batch as well as within the batch due to the nature of the products they are created from. In addition, they may occasionally contain a slight imperfection. We will never knowingly send a glaring imperfection; however, slight imperfections are the nature of the product and may occur occasionally.  The price of the product has been adjusted to reflect this.  Thank you for your understanding.

Due to edible ink being "food coloring ink", some colors may not print with exactly the same shades as they appear on the source image file. This is a known issue with all edible print systems and considered to be normal. Black food coloring is made using many colors and as a result, any areas with grey shading can sometimes have a blue, green or purple hue to them, although we do our best in printer calibration to avoid or at least minimize such effect whenever possible and it almost never happens. This will be more apparent in black and white photos. Colors like blue, green, red, yellow, orange, pink and purple print well but may not be exact matches.

Edible ink will come close but will not be an exact match for what you see on a computer screen, printed paper, and photograph. We certainly understand that your design is important, and we will strive to provide as close a match as possible. 

We do our very best to make sure our products are as close to the exact product as possible in both our product images and descriptions. However, certain circumstances may cause actual product size and color to vary from that presented on our website. Due to the many variations in computer monitors and internet browsers, product colors may appear somewhat different on various monitors. Color reproduction from computer to computer and across internet connections is not precise.

We take great care to ensure the safety of our products.  All edible items have FDA approval and all materials that come into direct contact with edible items, are FDA approved for direct contact.  

There are no known allergens in our Edible Icing Sheets.  Soy Lecithin is used in some colors used to print our Edible Icing Sheets and color our Edible Sugars. The Soy Lecithin we use is a highly processed form of soy that does not contain any protein.  

Our Edible Sugars contain egg whites. They are manufactured in a facility that produces products containing eggs and soy products. Formulations that do not contain allergens are produced first on the equipment at the beginning of the day. Once complete, production moves into the formulations that contain allergens. A complete wash down and sanitation of the equipment is conducted at the end of the manufacturing shift.

The modified food starch used for our Edible Products is either tapioca, waxy maize (corn), or rice starch. We do not use wheat products in our facility.

The following ingredients are NOT used and will NOT come into contact with the products being produced: wheat, milk, fish, shell-fish (crustaceans) peanuts and/or tree nuts. Our Edible products are also gluten free.

With the exception of our edible icing sheets, our products may contain small parts and present a choking hazard for children younger than 3. Therefore, our cupcake toppers, cake toppers, edible sugars, etc. are intended for ages 3 and up.

We value you as a customer, and we know you are concerned about protecting your privacy online. Our mission is to inform you of our policies for collecting, sharing, disseminating and securing customer information online.

This privacy policy explains how we collect and use customer information gathered at this web site in order to conduct our business, inform customers about our products and provide customer service. Examples of personal information we collect include: your full name, home address, billing address, e-mail address and phone number. This information is for our use only in the process of completing and delivering your order. We do not share or distribute your information to any third parties outside of normal needs to deliver your order. Your payment information is collected via a secure payment gateway and is not stored in our system. In addition, we will only add your email address to our mailing list if you select the appropriate box to indicate you wish to receive our newsletter.
