🎂 How to Mold Cake Pops:

1. Bake your favorite cake and let it cool.

2. Crumble cake finely by hand in a large bowl.

3. Mix in ¼ to ½ cup of chocolate or white buttercream icing, then chill for 15 minutes.

4. Cut the mold in half along the centerline. Lightly spray all cavities with release spray and wipe excess.

5. Roll cake mixture into balls large enough to fill both mold halves.

6. Fill cavities in the first half of the mold.

7. Place the second half on top, lining up dimples, and press firmly. Remove excess mixture.

8. Melt candy coating in microwave-safe dish, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.

9. Dip sucker sticks into coating and insert halfway into cake pop.

10. Chill pops in freezer 10-15 minutes to harden (do not freeze).

11. Remelt candy coating; if too thick, thin with paramount crystals (1 tbsp per cup).

12. Dip cake pops carefully into coating, tap off excess, and place in stand to set.
